Return and Refund Policy

At Glow Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty devices
  • Items that have come into contact with skin (unless defective)
  • Acne patches or other single-use items that have been opened

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [glow@havenessence.com] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds: We may issue partial refunds for items that are returned damaged or not in their original condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
